Questionnaire Responses
Your answers to the AI policy questionnaire are stored so we can generate and regenerate your policies. This includes your industry selection, jurisdiction, AI usage details, and disclosure preferences.
Generated Policies
The AI policies we generate for you are stored in your account so you can view, edit, and download them.
Analytics
We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand how the app is used. This collects:
- Pages visited
- Browser and device type
- Country (from anonymized IP)
What analytics does not collect: no cookies, no personal identification, no cross-site tracking. Analytics data is hosted on our own infrastructure and is never shared with third parties.

- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
- Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with secure password hashing
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — View your policies and questionnaire responses in your dashboard
- Edit your data — Update your questionnaire answers and regenerate policies at any time
- Delete your policies — Remove individual policies from your dashboard
- Request account deletion — Contact us to have your account and all associated data removed

Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication. Their privacy policy
- Umami — Self-hosted analytics. No data leaves our infrastructure.
Children's Privacy
This service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
